The terms "we," "us," "our," and "xensco" refer to xensco, an online wedding vendor marketplace and coordination platform. These Terms & Conditions (together with our Privacy Policy, "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY before using our Services. By accessing, browsing, or using xensco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including event planners, couples, and wedding vendors.
To use xensco Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a legal resident of India
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be under suspension or banned from our platform
When creating an account, you must:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Choose a secure password known only to you
Accept our Terms and Privacy Policy
Provide valid contact information
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to:
Immediately notify us of unauthorized access or breaches
Not share your login details with others
Not use accounts of other users
Accept full responsibility for account activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms or our policies
Your information is inaccurate or misleading
We detect fraudulent or illegal activity
We receive complaints regarding your conduct
You acknowledge that:
You use xensco to find and connect with wedding vendors
Your contact information and event details may be shared with vendors
You are responsible for all communications and agreements with vendors
xensco is a marketplace platform, not a vendor or service provider
Any contracts or agreements with vendors are independent of xensco
Vendors acknowledge that:
They are independent contractors, not employees of xensco
They are responsible for their own business operations, licensing, insurance, and tax compliance
They will receive leads from xensco and manage vendor-client relationships independently
They will pay agreed-upon commissions to xensco
All vendor content (photos, descriptions, portfolios) may be used for marketing
They warrant ownership of all content they provide
Engagement with clients is entirely between the vendor and client, not xensco
xensco provides a lead generation service that connects users with vendors. When users submit inquiries, we share their contact information and event details with relevant vendors. By registering, you consent to this lead sharing mechanism.
Vendors agree to pay xensco a commission for each lead generated or transaction facilitated through our platform. Commission rates and terms are:
Communicated separately to each vendor during registration
Subject to modification with 30 days' written notice
Calculated based on transaction amount or flat lead fee as agreed
Due within 15 days of lead generation or transaction completion
Vendors agree to pay commissions through:
Bank transfer to xensco's designated account
Digital payment methods (UPI, payment gateways)
Other methods as agreed in writing
Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely payment. Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.
xensco does not guarantee that leads will result in business for vendors. Lead quality, vendor response, and conversion depend on vendor performance, pricing, quality, and market demand. Users are not obligated to hire any vendor.
Vendors agree not to bypass, circumvent, or avoid paying commissions to xensco by directly contracting with users introduced through the platform.
If a vendor enters into a transaction with a user introduced through xensco within 12 months of the introduction, the vendor remains responsible for paying the applicable commission to xensco. This obligation applies regardless of whether the transaction occurs on or outside the xensco platform.
Vendors grant xensco a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:
Display vendor profiles, photos, videos, and descriptions on our platform
Feature vendor services on our website and mobile application
Use vendor testimonials, reviews, ratings, and case studies
Promote vendor content on social media platforms (@xensco accounts)
Create derivative marketing materials featuring vendor work
Use vendor data for analytics and reporting
Share aggregated vendor information with partners and advertisers
Vendors warrant and represent that:
All content provided is original or properly licensed
They own or control all intellectual property rights in their content
Their content does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
They have obtained necessary permissions from clients and subjects appearing in photos/videos
All information about their services is accurate and current
If content violates intellectual property rights or these Terms, vendors must:
Notify xensco immediately upon learning of any infringement claim
Remove infringing content upon request
Indemnify xensco against claims arising from content infringement
When promoting vendor content, xensco will provide reasonable attribution to the vendor. However, failure to attribute does not void xensco's rights under this agreement.
When users express interest in services, xensco shares their information with relevant vendors, including:
Name and contact details (phone, email, address)
Wedding event date, location, and basic details
Service requirements and preferences
Budget information (if provided)
Vendors agree to:
Use user information solely for contacting users about wedding services
Not share user information with third parties without user consent
Comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws
Maintain user information confidentiality
Delete user information upon user request (where legally permitted)
By submitting inquiries through xensco, users consent to having their information shared with vendors and receiving contact from vendors. Users may opt out of certain communications through vendor unsubscribe mechanisms.
Vendors are independent contractors and not employees of xensco. xensco does not:
Control how vendors provide their services
Supervise or direct vendor activities
Require vendors to work exclusively with xensco
Provide training, equipment, or benefits to vendors
xensco is a platform connecting users with vendors. We do not provide actual wedding services, including photography, catering, venue provision, event planning, or other vendor services. All service delivery is the responsibility of the individual vendor. Xensco helps users discover and connect with vendors. All services are provided directly by independent vendors, and Xensco is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or execution of vendor services.
xensco does not guarantee:
The quality, reliability, or timeliness of vendor services
Vendor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Vendor licensing, insurance, or professional qualifications
Successful completion of vendor projects
Accuracy or completeness of vendor information obtained from third-party listing services such as Google Maps Platform
Pricing, availability, and service terms displayed on the platform may change and are ultimately determined by the vendor. xensco is not responsible for pricing changes made by vendors.
Users are responsible for:
Verifying vendor qualifications and credentials independently
Reviewing vendor portfolios and testimonials
Conducting due diligence before hiring vendors
Negotiating terms directly with vendors
Resolving disputes directly with vendors
Users acknowledge that vendor listings displayed through third-party sources may not be verified by xensco, and users should independently evaluate vendors before engaging their services.
Xensco can assist with vendor communication but cannot resolve financial or service disputes between customers and vendors.
Xen is an AI-powered assistant intended to provide general guidance for event planning and vendor discovery. Information generated by the AI may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Xensco does not guarantee the reliability or correctness of AI-generated responses and shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on such information. Users are responsible for independently verifying vendor details, pricing, availability, and service terms directly with vendors before confirming bookings or making event-related arrangements.
To help users discover vendors, xensco may display publicly available business listings obtained from third-party data providers such as Google Maps Platform (including the Google Places API). These listings may include information such as business names, addresses, public ratings, photos, contact details, and other publicly available business information. Users acknowledge and agree that:
Some vendors displayed on xensco may not be registered vendors on our platform.
Such listings are provided for discovery purposes only.
xensco does not control or verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided through third-party sources.
Display of a business listing does not constitute endorsement, partnership, or verification by xensco.
Vendor Claiming
Businesses displayed through third-party listing sources may request to claim or register their profile on xensco. Upon verification, such vendors may gain additional platform features and become registered vendors.
Use of Google Maps Platform services is subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
xensco may offer optional wedding coordination and planning services (if and when available). Such services are separate from our core lead generation platform and are subject to separate agreements and fees.
Our coordination services, if provided, are limited to:
Vendor matching and recommendations
Facilitating communication between parties
Basic planning assistance and guidance
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or event results from our planning services. The quality of your wedding depends on vendor performance, client decisions, external circumstances, and factors beyond xensco's control.
xensco offers a Managed Event Planning Service designed to assist with vendor shortlisting and booking coordination for your event. This service includes:
A planning coordinator assigned to assist during vendor shortlisting and booking coordination
Carefully matched vendors based on your event needs, style, and budget
Vendor communication and shortlisting support handled on your behalf
A clear event planning outline to keep everything organized
Prompt follow-up after booking — we aim to contact you on the same day
Service Scope: Our role is limited to vendor shortlisting, coordination, and booking assistance. On-site event management is not included under this service. Final service delivery and event execution are solely the responsibility of the selected vendors.
xensco accepts a maximum of 10 (ten) Managed Event Planning Service orders per day. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure quality and dedicated attention to each client. Bookings beyond this daily limit will not be accepted and will be offered the next available slot. xensco reserves the right to adjust this limit at its sole discretion with prior notice.
When xensco suggests, recommends, or shortlists vendors under this service, it does so based on available information, past performance data, and reasonable judgment. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
Vendor suggestions and recommendations are made in good faith but are not guarantees of suitability, compatibility, or performance
xensco does not independently verify, certify, or endorse any vendor's qualifications, licensing, or professional standards
A suggested vendor's style, availability, pricing, or approach may not perfectly match your expectations even after our assessment
You retain the final right and responsibility to accept or reject any vendor recommended by xensco
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
xensco's role under the Managed Event Planning Service is limited to coordination, communication, and vendor facilitation. We are not a vendor and do not directly deliver event services. Accordingly:
xensco is not responsible for any errors, mistakes, omissions, failures, poor quality, or misconduct by any vendor, including vendors that were suggested or coordinated by xensco
xensco is not liable for any loss, damage (including property damage), personal injury, emotional distress, financial loss, or any other harm arising from or related to a vendor's actions, inactions, or service delivery
xensco does not guarantee that your event will be error-free, seamless, or conducted to any particular standard
Any contractual disputes, quality disputes, or claims related to vendor performance must be addressed directly between you and the vendor
xensco's assistance in connecting you with vendors does not create any agency relationship, joint liability, shared responsibility, or fiduciary relationship between xensco and such vendors or between xensco and the client
While xensco strives to help you plan a well-organized and memorable event, we expressly disclaim any guarantee that your event will proceed without issues or according to your expectations. The ultimate success of your event depends on vendor performance, client decisions, timely payments to vendors, weather conditions, and other factors entirely outside xensco's control. Availing this service does not guarantee an error-free event.
Even when availing the Managed Event Planning Service, you remain responsible for:
Reviewing and approving all vendor selections before confirming bookings
Directly executing contracts and making payments to vendors
Promptly communicating any changes, concerns, or issues to your assigned coordinator
Conducting independent due diligence on any vendor before entering into agreements
Resolving any disputes with vendors through direct negotiation or legal recourse
The Managed Event Planning Service is a paid service. Applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking. Fees are subject to change with prior notice. All applicable taxes including GST shall be borne by the client.
xensco offers a satisfaction-based refund on the planning service fee under the following conditions:
Eligibility: The refund applies only to the xensco planning service fee paid at the time of booking. It does not apply to any payments made directly to vendors.
Condition: If you are not satisfied with the vendor shortlisting and coordination service provided by xensco, you may request a full refund of the planning fee.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion or the date of your event (whichever is earlier), by emailing xensco.com@gmail.com with your booking details and reason.
Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable for vendor payments, vendor non-performance, or circumstances outside xensco's control (e.g., vendor cancellations, natural events).
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Note: No fiduciary relationship is created between xensco and the client by virtue of this service. xensco acts solely as a coordination and shortlisting intermediary.
You agree not to use xensco Services to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation in India
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or intimidate other users or xensco staff
Transmit spam, malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
Impersonate another person or create false identities
Collect personal information of other users without consent
Disrupt platform functionality or security
Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent platform protections
Resell xensco Services or leads to third parties
Engage in commercial activities not authorized by xensco
Post misleading, false, or defamatory content
Creating an account and searching for vendors through xensco is free for users. However, we may introduce premium features with associated fees in the future, which will be clearly communicated.
Vendors pay commissions to xensco as described in Section 3. Commission rates are communicated separately and may be modified with 30 days' notice.
Payments between users and vendors for wedding services are direct transactions. xensco does not facilitate these payments and is not responsible for payment disputes between users and vendors.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, GST, and duties related to your use of xensco Services. Commission amounts are subject to applicable Indian taxes as per law.

XENSCO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS
SECURITY OR PROTECTION AGAINST DATA LOSS
QUALITY OR RELIABILITY OF VENDOR SERVICES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, XENSCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
Service disruption or platform downtime
Vendor misconduct, fraud, or poor service quality
User disputes or disagreements with vendors
Breach of vendor agreements or non-payment
Content provided by vendors or other users
Any claims arising from vendor-user relationships (which are independent of xensco)
Even if xensco has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xensco's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to xensco in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater. This cap does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or fraud by xensco.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless xensco and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your breach of these Terms or applicable law
Your use of xensco Services in violation of these Terms
Your content, submissions, or conduct on our platform
Your disputes with vendors or other users
Vendor content that you provide or authorize
Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
Users may post reviews, ratings, and feedback about vendors. By posting, you grant xensco a perpetual, worldwide license to use such content for platform operations and marketing.
You warrant that any reviews you post are:
Based on genuine experience with the vendor
Truthful and not misleading
Not defamatory or obscene
Not promotional content from competitors
Not paid-for reviews or false testimonials
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or flag content that violates these Terms, is false, offensive, or potentially illegal. However, we are not obligated to monitor or review all user content.
xensco is not responsible for disputes between vendors and users. Such disputes must be resolved directly between the parties through negotiation, mediation, or legal action. xensco reserves the right to facilitate communication but has no obligation to do so.
If you have a dispute with xensco regarding our Services, Terms, or policies:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and xensco consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India for any legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as waiving India's mandatory jurisdiction for such proceedings.
Although xensco operates exclusively within India, we use third-party service providers including Firebase (Google Cloud), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and other international cloud platforms for hosting, storage, backup, and technical infrastructure. These providers process and store your Personal Information on servers located outside of India.
By agreeing to these Terms and using xensco Services, you acknowledge and consent that:
Your Personal Information may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States, Europe, and other countries outside India
Your data may be processed by service providers in jurisdictions outside of India
Your information will be subject to the data protection laws of countries where servers are located
Different data protection standards may apply in these jurisdictions compared to Indian law
Data Storage Notice: Your account information, vendor profiles, user inquiries, payment information, and all platform data are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Infrastructure) and similar cloud providers with data centers located outside India, including in the United States and Europe.
We implement the following protections:
Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL protocol)
Data encryption at rest where technically feasible
Data processing agreements with all third-party providers
Contractual requirements for compliance with applicable Indian laws
Regular security audits and assessments
Your continued use of xensco Services constitutes your express consent to the international transfer and storage of your Personal Information. If you do not consent to data being stored outside India, you must not use our Services.
xensco Services are available exclusively to users and vendors located in India. We are not responsible for use of our Services outside India or for cross-border disputes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may suspend or limit Services for:
Maintenance, updates, or security purposes
Violations of these Terms or applicable law
Technical issues or service disruptions
Government orders or legal requirements
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, social media, etc., including vendor discovery services such as Google Maps Platform APIs). We are not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, or policy violations.
xensco shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of any obligations under these Terms if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, pandemics, vendor cancellations, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting xensco.com@gmail.com. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, but xensco may retain your data as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services without notice if:
You violate these Terms or applicable law
You engage in fraud, harassment, or harmful conduct
You fail to pay commissions (for vendors)
We receive complaints about your behavior
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. However, the following survive termination:
Sections regarding liability limitations and indemnification
Payment obligations for past commissions or fees
Intellectual property provisions
Dispute resolution and governing law provisions
All xensco platform content, including logos, design, software, layout, and original content, is owned by xensco or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use xensco Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission
Reverse engineer or decompile our software
Create derivative works from our content
Sell, rent, or lease access to our Services
Vendors retain ownership of their original content (photos, portfolios, descriptions). By uploading to xensco, vendors grant xensco the rights described in Section 4.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice. Your continued use of xensco Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, regulations, and rules, including but not limited to:

GST rules and tax regulations
All relevant state and local laws
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and xensco regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

Account Registration: Name, email address, phone number, location, password, and account preferences
Profile Information: For Vendors: business name, description, portfolio, pricing, service area, bank details for commission payments
Communication Data: Messages, inquiries, feedback, customer support communications, and reviews you send us or other Users
Payment Information: Payment transaction details and billing information processed through third-party payment providers.
Event Details: Wedding date, location, guest count, preferences, and other event-related information you share
If you book our Managed Event Planning Service, we collect additional information to facilitate personalized planning support, including:
Detailed event preferences, themes, style references, and special requirements
Budget breakdown and spending priorities across vendor categories
Guest list size, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and other event logistics
Vendor preferences, prior vendor experiences, and specific dislikes or requirements
Communication history between you and your assigned planning coordinator
Feedback and ratings on vendor suggestions provided to you
Timeline preferences and key milestone dates for your event
Note: This information is collected solely to provide you with a tailored planning experience and is handled with the same protections as all other Personal Information described in this Policy.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers
Network Information: IP address, internet service provider, location data (if enabled)
Usage Information: Pages visited, content viewed, search queries, time spent on platform, clicks, scroll behavior

Our Services may display vendor listings sourced from the Google Maps Platform, including the Google Places API. When you search for vendors (for example, "photographer in Bangalore"), our servers may send a request to the Google Places API to retrieve publicly available business information, which may include:

Public ratings and reviews
Publicly available photos
Business contact details
Business category information
This information is provided directly by Google Maps Platform and may originate from business owners or publicly available sources.
xensco does not control the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Vendors listed through Google Maps Platform may not be registered users of xensco.
Vendor listings obtained from Google Maps Platform are displayed for discovery purposes only and do not imply endorsement or verification by xensco.
Use of Google Maps Platform services is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We use collected Personal Information for the following purposes:
Creating and maintaining your account
Providing vendor matching, recommendation services, and vendor discovery through both registered vendors and publicly available business listings obtained from trusted third-party sources such as Google Maps Platform
Generating and sharing leads between users and vendors
Processing payments and calculating vendor commissions
Facilitating communication between users and vendors
Providing coordination and planning assistance (where applicable)
Sending transactional notifications (booking confirmations, status updates)
When you book the Managed Event Planning Service, we additionally use your Personal Information to:
Assign a dedicated planning coordinator to your account and share relevant event details with them
Shortlist, evaluate, and present suitable vendors based on your preferences, style, and budget
Communicate with vendors on your behalf, which involves sharing your event requirements (but not sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary)
Build and maintain your personalized event plan and timeline
Contact you promptly after booking confirmation to begin planning coordination
Track progress, coordinate follow-ups, and manage vendor communications throughout your planning journey
Important: xensco uses your information to coordinate and facilitate planning support only. We do not guarantee error-free vendor performance. Please refer to Section 7A of our Terms & Conditions for full details on service scope and limitations.

A core function of our platform is connecting users with vendors through lead generation.
When you submit inquiries or express interest in vendor services, we collect information about your wedding event and preferences. This constitutes a "lead" on our platform.
We share your contact information and event details with relevant vendors who may provide services you are interested in. By using our Services, you consent to this sharing. We may share:
Your name and contact details
Event date, location, and basic details
Service preferences and requirements
Budget information (if provided)
Once we share your information with vendors, they are responsible for managing your data according to their own privacy policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for vendors' use of your Personal Information beyond lead matching.
For Managed Service Clients, we share additional event details with shortlisted vendors during the coordination process on your behalf. By booking the Managed Event Planning Service, you expressly consent to the sharing of relevant event details with shortlisted vendors as part of delivering this service. Vendors who receive your information through this process are bound by the same data responsibilities as described in Section 4.3 above. xensco is not responsible for how vendors use or manage your data once it has been shared.
You may request to opt out of lead sharing by contacting us at xensco.com@gmail.com. However, opting out may limit the effectiveness of our Services, and may make it impossible for us to deliver the Managed Event Planning Service.
xensco generates revenue by earning commissions from vendors for leads and transactions facilitated through our platform.
We do not directly process payments between users and vendors. However, we may collect:
Payment method information for vendor commission transfers
Transaction data for reporting and accounting purposes
Bank account details (for vendors receiving commission payouts)
Payment information related to Managed Event Planning Service fees, processed through Cashfree Payments
All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment gateways and is never stored directly on our servers. We do not have access to complete credit card or bank account numbers. Payments for the Managed Event Planning Service are processed through Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated under the Reserve Bank of India. By paying for this service, you acknowledge that your payment data is handled by Cashfree in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable Indian regulations. Vendors grant us a non-exclusive license to:
Display vendor portfolios, photos, and descriptions on our platform
Promote vendor services through our website, mobile app, and marketing channels
Use vendor testimonials, reviews, and case studies
Feature vendor content on our social media platforms
Create aggregated analytics and reports using vendor data
We will provide attribution to vendors when using their content in promotional materials. Vendors retain ownership of their original content.
Vendors warrant that all content they provide does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to use and license their content to xensco.

We may use Google Maps Platform services (such as the Google Places API) to retrieve publicly available business listings when users search for vendors.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information with business partners for marketing and advertising purposes. We do not sell Personal Information directly.

Compliance with court orders, subpoenas, or government requests
Enforcement of our Terms of Service and other agreements

xensco is not responsible for the data protection practices of third-party service providers beyond ensuring contractual compliance. Users understand that data transferred outside India may be subject to different legal protections than those available under Indian law.
When you book the Managed Event Planning Service, your assigned coordinator will have access to the event details, preferences, and contact information you have provided. Coordinators are bound by internal confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to fulfil service delivery. Your data will not be shared with any coordinator for purposes unrelated to your event.
As part of coordinating on your behalf, your coordinator may share relevant event details (such as wedding date, location, guest count, style preferences, and budget range) with shortlisted vendors when making enquiries or negotiating on your behalf. By booking the Managed Event Planning Service, you consent to this targeted sharing. We do not share sensitive personal data such as your full address, national ID, or payment details with vendors during this process.
Once your information is shared with a vendor as part of the coordination process, xensco is not responsible for how that vendor stores, processes, or uses your data. Vendors operate independently and under their own privacy policies. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy practices of any vendor you engage directly.
xensco accepts a maximum of 10 Managed Event Planning Service bookings per day. This capacity limit exists to ensure quality and dedicated attention. It does not affect your data rights in any way — your Personal Information is handled identically regardless of your booking slot.
All communications between you and your assigned coordinator through our platform may be logged and retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes. These communications are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized xensco personnel. They will be deleted in accordance with Section 8.2 of this Policy.
Feedback you provide on vendor suggestions during the Managed Service process (such as whether a suggestion matched your needs) may be used in anonymized form to improve our vendor matching and shortlisting algorithms. Such data is never attributed to you personally when used for platform improvement.
