Privacy Policy – DeliveryRoi
DeliveryRoi helps delivery drivers and VTC drivers track their work sessions, distance, revenue, expenses and estimated profitability.
Data collected:
- Name, email address and user ID when using Google Sign-In
- Location data during an active work session
- Delivery/session history
- Revenue, fuel, tips, charges and profitability entries
- App activity needed to provide app features
How data is used:
We use this data to provide the app’s features, including session tracking, route history, profitability calculations, account access and synchronization.
Data sharing:
DeliveryRoi does not sell user data.
DeliveryRoi does not share user data with advertisers.
Some data may be processed by service providers required for the app to function, such as Google Sign-In, Google Maps and Supabase.
Location data:
Location is used only when the user starts a work session, to calculate distance, route and estimated profitability. The user can stop tracking at any time.
Account and data deletion:
Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting:

Users can also request deletion of part or all of their personal data without deleting their account.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, unless some data must be kept for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
