Unlock Opportunities through Grants: establish a dedicated committee to pursue grants and program funding that enhance learning as well as support the staff and schools
Support the Arts: expand and celebrate opportunities in theater, music, band, and visual/graphic arts, recognizing the vital role they play in creativity, confidence, and well-rounded student development
Strengthen Academic Excellence: build a rigorous and future-ready curriculum that adresses areas of improvement while reinforcing Monroe's academic strengths
Address Overcrowding: identify sustainable solutions to manage school overcrowding and develop a clear, long term facilities plan that supports the growth of our town
College and Career Readiness: prepare students for success in all pathways by expanding access to internships, pre-college opportunities, STEAM initiatives, and vocational programs that meet the diverse aspirations of every student
