Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

1. Application Overview
   Welcome to Deliceat, a mobile application developed by DE LA PENA Enzo, which allows users to discover, list, and rate food products. By using this application, you agree to comply with these TCU. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at: contact@deliceat.com.

2. Registration and Access
   Registration is required to access certain features, such as publishing reviews and creating product lists. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. No specific age restriction applies, and the application is accessible to all audiences.

3. Services Offered
   Deliceat allows users to list food products, rate and publish reviews, and create product lists. Users can also create and edit food products. The application communicates with the OpenFoodFacts API. All photos created by users are subject to rights that allow their reuse in the application and within OpenFoodFacts data. Content published is moderated by the application administration as well as by OpenFoodFacts. Both Deliceat and OpenFoodFacts reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.

4. Personal Data
   Deliceat collects the following data: email, username, and product reviews. This data is used to enable login and distinguish between reviews. This data is not shared with third parties, except for products (photos, names, etc.) created by users, which may be shared with OpenFoodFacts. Camera access permission is used for the product scanning feature, which is optional.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property
   Content published by users on Deliceat becomes the property of the application. Deliceat reserves the right to use, modify, or delete this content. The trademarks and logos associated with the application remain the exclusive property of DE LA PENA Enzo.

6. Liabilities and Warranties
   Deliceat disclaims any liability for inaccurate product ratings or if a user finds content to be harmful. We cannot guarantee that all content will be moderated immediately.

7. Code of Conduct
   Users agree not to publish offensive, illegal, or pornographic content. In case of non-compliance, Deliceat reserves the right to suspend or delete the offending account.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
   These TCU are governed by the laws in effect in France. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

9. Subscriptions and Payment

Deliceat offers a paid subscription with automatic renewal, in accordance with the guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Payment is processed via Apple or Google and managed through the RevenueCat platform.

• The subscription price is clearly displayed within the app before any commitment.

• Payment will be charged to the user's Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews unless the user cancels it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• The subscription can be managed and cancelled at any time through the App Store or Play Store settings.

• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
