These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications (“Apps”) published by Del Desenvolvimento (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Google Play.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
Each App may offer different features, but these Terms apply to all Apps we develop unless otherwise stated in the App Store listing or in-app notices.
Our Apps are personal productivity tools designed to help you organize information on your device — for example, tracking reminders, schedules, subscriptions, maintenance tasks, costs, or similar data you choose to enter.
Features vary by App and may include, when available:
Dashboards, lists, calendars, or summaries
Local reminders and notifications
Presets, templates, or suggested items
Optional widgets
Optional import/export or backup features
Optional paid upgrades (“Pro”) with additional capabilities
Our Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use, unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.
You must be old enough to accept these Terms under applicable law and use a compatible iOS device (iPhone or iPad, as supported by each App).
If you are under the age required in your country to consent to these Terms, you may use the Apps only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
No account is created in our Apps. There is no sign-up, login, or password.
You are responsible for:
The accuracy of information you enter
Keeping your device secure
Backing up your device if you want to preserve App data
Most data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling an App may permanently delete local data unless you have a separate backup (for example, iPhone backup or optional iCloud backup where offered).
Our Apps do not:
Automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or services on your behalf
Access your bank, credit card, streaming, or other third-party accounts
Guarantee that you will avoid charges, penalties, damage, or missed deadlines
Replace professional financial, legal, medical, mechanical, or other expert advice
Any guides, links, presets, suggestions, or informational content in the Apps are provided for convenience only. Third-party procedures, prices, policies, and requirements may change at any time without notice.
You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on information in the Apps.
5.1 Free version
Some Apps offer a free version with limited features (for example, limits on the number of items, vehicles, reminders, history entries, or similar), as described in the App or App Store listing.
5.2 Pro / paid subscriptions
If an App offers a paid upgrade or subscription (“Pro”), purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit.
Available plans, prices, and billing periods (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly) are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically. Charges are applied to your Apple ID account.
How to cancel:
iPhone/iPad Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → [App] → Cancel Subscription
Refunds: Handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Restore purchases: If available in the App, use “Restore Purchases” to recover Pro on another device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Pro features, limits, and pricing may change over time. We will describe current Pro benefits in the App or App Store listing.
Some Apps can send local notifications if you grant permission in iOS. You may disable notifications at any time in system settings.
We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered (for example, due to Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, battery settings, or device restrictions).
Depending on the App, optional features may include:
Home screen widgets (may require Pro)
Photo or camera access to attach images you choose
Export (for example, CSV) or import/backup of data files
iCloud backup/restore using Apple’s iCloud infrastructure
Use of these features is optional and subject to Apple’s terms and your device permissions. We do not guarantee compatibility with all file formats, devices, or iCloud configurations.
The Apps, branding, design, text, graphics, and code are owned by Del Desenvolvimento or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and App Store rules.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except where law permits)
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Apps
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
You agree not to:
Use the Apps for unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass free or Pro limits, licensing, or security measures
Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Apps
Use the Apps in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties
We may suspend or limit access to features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, subject to applicable law and App Store policies.
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THEY WILL PREVENT FINANCIAL LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, MISSED DEADLINES, OR UNWANTED THIRD-PARTY CHARGES.
INFORMATION IN THE APPS (INCLUDING REMINDERS, CALCULATIONS, SUGGESTIONS, AND LINKS) MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR OUT OF DATE. YOU USE THE APPS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEL DESENVOLVIMENTO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
CHARGES, FEES, OR PENALTIES FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
FINANCIAL LOSS, REPAIR COSTS, OR DAMAGES FROM MISSED TASKS OR CANCELLATIONS
LOSS OF DATA FROM UNINSTALLATION, DEVICE FAILURE, OR LACK OF BACKUP
TEMPORARY UNAVAILABILITY OR CHANGES TO APP FEATURES
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APPS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF NONE, USD $10 OR EQUIVALENT), EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, your statutory rights remain.
We may update, modify, or discontinue App features at any time, consistent with App Store policies.
We may also update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using any App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through Apple.
We may discontinue an App or modify the service as permitted by law and App Store policies.
Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive termination.
Your use of our Apps is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store rules.
Apple is not responsible for providing support for our Apps or handling claims relating to the Apps, except as required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country or state, your local rights are not affected by this section.
