The mission of the Self Care Working Group is to help us take care of ourselves so we can continue to do our resistance work.
We won't hold formal meetings.
We’ll get together for activities like yoga, using art to kindle our creativity, healthier eating, meditation, and other self-affirming activities that can help keep us whole in these highly stressful times.
Healthy Pot Luck
Our first activity will be a healthy potluck dinner.

We're asking people interested in joining the Self Care Group to do two things.
First, register for Delco PA Indivisible by completing this Registration Form.
Next, please register for the Self Care Working Group using the form below. This will give you access to our shared Google Drive folder where we'll be creating a collection of recipes, among other amazing things.
After you register for the Self Care group, you'll also be invited to join our Slack Channel, where we can chat with each other in a fun and informal way. Thanks!
