The electrical sub panel for each unit is located inside the townhouse. The location varies depending on the model of the unit and are highlighted in the Townhouse Floor Plans.
Two of the floor plans currently locate the electrical sub panel inside a closet, which is not permitted by current standards. An article that describes the National Electric Code standard (NEC 110.26) can be found here: "What is the code required clearance in front of an electric panel". In short, the panel must have clearances as illustrated in the following diagram. In addition, the panel may not be inside a clothes closet, bathroom or on stairs.
