In my office, most of people use sketchup8, but I have only sketchup pro2017.

Every time I need to save my work downgraded as version8 so others can also use it.

But sometimes I forget which file is version 8 or pro 2017.

You are looking to update what version of sketchup you are using, we need to know that so we are able to answer questions properly.

Specifically to your question, if you are using 2020 and the file dropped 50% it would suggest a serious problem, but if you were using 2021 then it means it is probably just the new compression algorithm.

I extract the contents of the zip folder into a folder on my hard drive, then i open up the sketchup file and the message that is on the image that i attached pops up. If i attempt to save the file in any way, after i shut down sketchup and restart my laptop, the file is not in the folder that it was saved in. I even saved it in a folder that contained some other sketchup files from a few months ago, and they have now also disappeared.

Im very confused. The initial message that i get when i load the downloaded file into sketchup is that it cannot be loaded in earlier versions if i save it in sketchup 2022, but im not even trying to open it in an earlier version. The version i use is sketchup pro 2022.

This plug-in no doubt can import sketchup model to CAD. But when the model is called in into the CAD software, the model scale is messed-up. So basically you can't do anything on the model except you have to re-draw again. But, I found in the sketchup software, you can actually to EXPORT the sketchup model into CAD model and the scale is still same from the original model. be457b7860
