About Me

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and BACP Private Practice. I obtained a Post Graduate Diploma as a Psychodynamic Counsellor at Birkbeck University and Goldsmiths College, London and have a Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also hold a Social Science Diploma from University College, Cork, Ireland and a qualification from the Institute of Personnel Management from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

I have over 15 years experience in working as a Counsellor. Prior to my training I worked in the commercial sector for a number of years. I have lived overseas for a number of years and been based in London since 2000.

I am committed to on-going professional development and training and subscribe to and am guided by the BACP codes of ethics for good practice.
