Meeting #92

The 91st Educational Meeting was held on the 13th if May 2023 at Kalyani Place ,Colombo 6

Role Players:

• Toastmaster of the day - Mustafa Hamza

• General Evaluator –  Komin karunasekara

• Grammarian – Lehan Hewawasam

• Ah Counter –  Kalindu Senarathne

• Timer - Kehara Arsecularatne

• Round Robin Master - Aanandi Vivekanadhan

The meeting started with the Vice President  Membership welcoming all the Toastmasters. There were two new Guests present at the meeting, they were introduced to the club. Then the meeting control was handed over to the Toastmaster of the Day, Mustafa Hamza.

The Round Robin session was carried out by TM Aanandi in a unique Inspirational theme  where everyone present revealed thier best inspirations.

Next, we had an amazing prepared speech by our toastmaster of the day,Mustafa Hamza who presented his icebreaker speech.

Tm Bhagya conducted a session fr toastmaster pathways and explained the procedure in the toastmaster journey. 

The table topic session was held next. All the guests volunteered and spoke about various topics, we definitely found amazing speakers.

The meeting concluded with the guests sharing their experience of their first meeting at Dehiwala Toastmasters and how much they were able to enjoy and learn from the meeting.

Overall it was a very interesting and enjoyable meeting, which saw the active participation of all the members and guests present and everyone was definitely able to learn a lot! Looking forward to many more such meetings!
