I began my career in Technical Services, handling end-to-end permitting and documentation for subdivision and condominium developments, ensuring compliance with the national housing standards. Over time, I advanced into leadership roles – streamlining processes, managing cross-functional coordination, and providing data-driven reports to guide strategic decision-making.

In 2025, I transitioned to Commercial Leasing, taking on responsibilities related to property positioning, lease strategy, and broker engagement for key commercial assets. This shift reflects both my adaptability and eagerness to grow in more market-facing, business development roles.

I take pride in delivering work that is consistent, strategic, and execution focused. I graduated Cum Laude in my first degree and recently ranked Top 10 in the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam (April 2025) and Top 6 in the Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Exam (July 2025) – achievements that reflect my discipline and commitment to the profession.
