This Privacy Policy is provided by Zhu Wei, and you may contact the developer at hobertpruessnervgv008@gmail.com with privacy-related questions or requests.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile PDF reader, document viewer, file scanner, and related utilities, collectively called the “App.”
1. Our Approach to Documents
The App is designed primarily to process documents on your device. It may access PDF files, images, and other supported materials that you select in order to open, display, search, scan, organize, rename, print, export, or share them.
We do not routinely upload, read, or store the contents of your private documents on our servers.
If you direct the App to send a document to another application, printer, website, cloud provider, or person, the chosen destination will receive the file. Information transferred in this way is governed by the recipient’s privacy practices.
2. Device Permissions
The App may request access to:
• Files, media, or storage so that you can locate, open, save, and manage documents.
• The camera when you choose to scan a physical page.
• Notifications for processing updates or operational messages.
• Network connectivity for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and security.
Permissions can be changed through your device settings. Refusing or withdrawing a permission may disable the function that depends on it.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Limited technical information may be processed automatically by the App or its service providers, including:
• Device model and manufacturer.
• Operating-system and App versions.
• Language and general regional settings.
• IP address and network connection information.
• Installation source and update status.
• App screens, tools, and functions used.
• Session activity and performance measurements.
• Crash reports, error codes, and diagnostic logs.
• Resettable advertising or application identifiers.
• Advertisement views, interactions, and frequency information.
This information is used for operation, measurement, security, and improvement. It does not ordinarily include the contents of files stored on your device.
4. Information Received When You Contact Us
When you request support or send feedback, we may receive your email address, message, device details, screenshots, and any files you voluntarily attach.
You should remove confidential, financial, or unnecessary personal information from support materials whenever possible.
5. Uses of Information
Information may be used to:
• Provide PDF reading and document-management features.
• Store preferences, bookmarks, and reading positions locally.
• Diagnose crashes and correct technical problems.
• Improve speed, accessibility, design, and compatibility.
• Measure general usage of App features.
• Deliver, limit, secure, and measure advertisements.
• Detect malicious activity, fraud, or abuse.
• Respond to support requests and feedback.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We do not sell the contents of private documents or use locally stored document text to create advertising profiles.
6. Advertising and Analytics Providers
The App may use third-party technologies for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, security, and distribution. These technologies may include Google Play Services, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.
Such providers may process device information, IP addresses, resettable identifiers, App interactions, advertising events, and crash data according to their own policies.
Information about Google’s privacy practices is available at:

Where legally required, consent will be requested before information is used for personalized advertising. You may also adjust advertising choices through Android or your Google account settings.
7. Information Sharing
We may disclose limited information:
• To service providers that support advertising, analytics, diagnostics, security, or App operation.
• To legal authorities when required by a valid and lawful request.
• When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
• To advisers assisting with legal, compliance, or technical matters.
• As part of a lawful sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer involving the App.
Service providers are expected to process information only for their authorized purposes.
8. Information Kept on Your Device
The App may locally store:
• Recent-file references.
• Bookmarks and reading progress.
• Display and accessibility settings.
• Scanned and exported documents.
• File thumbnails and temporary cache data.
• Sorting and organization preferences.
You may remove local information by deleting files, clearing the App’s storage, or uninstalling the App.
Files saved in shared storage or exported folders may remain after uninstallation and must be deleted separately using your device’s file manager.
9. Retention and Deletion
Documents processed locally remain under your control until you delete them.
Support communications may be kept for a reasonable period to resolve requests and maintain necessary records. Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic information is retained according to the configured periods of the relevant provider. Security or legal records may be kept as long as reasonably necessary to address abuse, disputes, or compliance duties.
The App does not normally require an online account. You may request deletion of eligible personal information held directly by us using the contact method in the opening sentence. Reasonable verification may be required.
10. Security Practices
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information processed through the App. These may include secure transmission, restricted service access, data minimization, and monitoring for misuse.
No electronic service can guarantee complete security. You should protect your device, maintain backups, and verify sharing destinations before sending documents.
11. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to:
• Request access to personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of eligible information.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
• Ask about categories of third parties receiving information.
• Complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
You can also manage file, camera, notification, and advertising permissions through your device settings.
12. Children’s Information
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum age established by local law.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information.
13. International Data Processing
Some service providers may process technical information in countries other than the country where you live. When required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
14. Third-Party Destinations
The App may contain advertisements, links, printing features, or sharing options connected to independent third parties.
We do not control their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. You should review the relevant third-party policy before providing information or transferring a document.
15. Revisions to This Policy
We may revise this policy when App functions, integrated services, legal requirements, or information-handling practices change.
The current version will be made available within the App or on an associated public webpage. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
