1. Summary

Deflect is an offline puzzle game. It does not require an account, does not ask

for your name, e-mail address or any other personal information, and does not

send your game data anywhere. The only third-party service in the app is

Google AdMob, which shows interstitial advertisements. If you buy the

"Remove ads" product, the advertising service is not used at all.

2. Data stored on your device

Your level progress, star ratings and settings (sound, vibration) are stored

only on your device. They are never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes

this data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Deflect shows interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and

measure ads, the AdMob SDK may collect:

  • Advertising ID (a resettable identifier) and other device identifiers

  • Approximate location derived from your IP address

  • Device information (model, operating system, language)

  • Ad interaction data (which ads were shown or tapped)

  • Diagnostic data (for example crash information)

This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's privacy policy:

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your

device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy &

Security > Tracking / Apple Advertising).

After the "Remove ads" purchase, the app does not load the advertising SDK's

ads and no ad-related data is collected by the app.

4. In-app purchase ("Remove ads")

The one-time purchase is processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or the

App Store (iOS). We never receive or store your payment details. Your purchase

is tied to your store account and can be restored on any device signed in

with the same account.

5. Internet access

The game itself works fully offline. Internet access is used only to request

advertisements and to verify purchases with the store.

6. Children

Deflect is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect

personal information from children.

7. Your rights

Because the app itself stores no personal data about you, there is nothing

for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google for

advertising, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked above.
