Concerned About Kratom & Botanical Restrictions?
We encourage community members to respectfully contact the City regarding proposed restrictions on kratom and other botanicals. Share your personal experience, why safe retail access matters to you, and why decisions should be based on research, education, and understanding of how botanical retail businesses actually operate — not assumptions or broad food-service regulations.
Support Fair Botanical Regulations
If you support continued access to kratom and botanical products, consider emailing the City and sharing why research, education, and responsible retail access matter to you and the community.
