This Privacy Policy explains what information the Anime Tower Defance mobile game ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The Game is a single-player tower-defense game. You can play without creating an account, and your game progress is stored locally on your device.

The current version of this policy is always available at https://sites.google.com/view/defansprivacypolicy/ana-sayfa and inside the Game under Settings > Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not ask you to register, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or contacts. However, some information is collected automatically so the Game can show ads and process optional purchases:

Advertising & device data

To display ads, our advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP, and technical device and usage information (device model, operating system, app interactions, and diagnostics). This data is used to serve and measure ads, and — only where you have consented — to personalize them.

Purchase data

If you buy diamonds, the "Remove Ads" upgrade, or the Starter Pack, the purchase is processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive a purchase confirmation and an anonymous purchase identifier. We never receive or store your credit-card or payment details — those are handled entirely by Google Play.

Data stored only on your device

Your progress, coins, diamonds, unlocked heroes, upgrades, settings, and a limited, anonymous log of in-game events and errors (used only to diagnose problems) are saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the Game.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION AND OUR LEGAL BASES

- To display and measure advertising. Ads are personalized only with your consent; without it, partners may still show non-personalized ads.

- To verify and restore your optional in-app purchases (necessary to provide what you bought).

- To keep the Game working reliably and to diagnose crashes and technical problems (our legitimate interest in a working product).

- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Game uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

- Yodo1 MAS (ad mediation). Yodo1 routes ad requests to advertising networks including Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Pangle, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Liftoff (Vungle), InMobi, Bigo Ads, Moloco, DT Exchange (Fyber), BidMachine, and Yandex:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Data shared with these partners is used to provide advertising and purchase functionality within the Game.

4. YOUR CHOICES

- Ad consent: When you first open the Game, you are asked whether you agree to personalized advertising. You can withdraw that consent at any time by limiting ad tracking in your device settings (below), by clearing the Game's app data or reinstalling it (the consent prompt is shown again on the next launch), or by contacting us.

- Reset or limit ad tracking: On Android, open Settings > Google > Ads to reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.

- Remove ads: You can purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade in the Game's Shop to disable interstitial and app-open ads.

- Clear local data: Uninstalling the Game deletes all locally stored progress and settings from your device.

5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (EEA, UK, SWITZERLAND AND CALIFORNIA)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing done before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise the opt-out through the in-app consent prompt or your device's ad settings (section 4).

Because the Game has no accounts and we do not keep your data on our own servers, most advertising data is held by the partners listed in section 3. Contact us (section 10) and we will help you exercise these rights with them.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

7. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

Data transmitted by the Game and its partners is encrypted in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Advertising and purchase partners retain data according to their own policies. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our third-party partners may process data on servers located outside your country. By using the Game, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations in accordance with the partners' privacy policies.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced within the Game or on its store listing.
