📄 Booking Agreement – Captured By Dee’s Studio

Please read and agree to the following terms before final confirmation of your booking.

1. 📆 Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date. (unless your total is under £100)
  
  

• Final payment is due 2 days before the shoot/event unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

• Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  
  

2. 🕒 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice.
  
  

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event the deposit is non-refundable.
  
  

• In the rare case Dee’s Studio needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or transfer of deposit to a new date.
  
  

3. 🎥 Filming Expectations

• Please ensure the filming area is accessible, safe, and ready upon arrival.
  
  

• Any delays not caused by Dee’s Studio will reduce your filming time.
  
  

• We are not responsible for missing key moments if not communicated beforehand.
  
  

4. ✨ Content Delivery

• Turnaround time for edited footage is 1 week after your event/shoot.
  
  

• You’ll receive the content via [Dropbox/Google Drive/WeTransfer].
  
  

• You’re allowed [1-2] free revisions; additional revisions are £50 each.
  
  

5. 📢 Usage & Rights

• Dee’s Studio reserves the right to use footage for portfolio, social media, and marketing.
  
  

• If you prefer to keep your footage private, please let us know in advance.
  
  

6. 💸 Additional Fees

• Any last-minute time extensions or travel outside the agreed area may incur an additional fee.

• Additional hours that are not within the agreed time frame will be added as an additional fee.
