Policies and Care Information

All Sales are FINAL.  Homecoming mums are a custom, personalized creation, and as such, all sales are final. Please verify the information you entered on your order is correct and contact us immediately if there are changes needed. If there is a last minute change in a date’s name or other specific change, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate those changes. 

• Please inspect your mum as it is accepted, as is, upon pickup or delivery. We cannot be responsible for damages caused after the product has been handed to you. We pride ourselves in making a quality product with years of experience in learning how to make them built to last.  If we can repair damages, we will assess cost and time if available.  

• If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason or if something is inaccurate with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make adjustments. We want you to be happy with your order.

• Early orders may have an option of splitting payments, but a minimum of 50% is required up front upon approval. All payments made thru paypal or other means like venmo will be charged the appropriate service fee if paid with “Sales and Services”.  These companies charge up to 3% (or more) to use those services. We understand with fraudulent companies out there, the need to feel the protection of these options, but the additional cost will be added to your balance. I hope the integrity of Dee's Designs precedes itself! 

All mums and garters are different as they are a piece of created art. We make every effort to include minimally what is on the descriptions but sometimes, another option works better for the design and integrity of the design. We try very hard for every mum to be unique and personalized. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please never leave a mum or garter in a car or other hot/humid place or allow them to get wet.  These are made with a lot of hot glue and paper products so heat or water may cause damage. A clear bag has been provided if there is a chance of inclement weather to limit any damage. The clear bag is also a terrific way for safe storage to keep dust and dirt off during storage.  If you choose to hang your mum on display, there is a hanging tag at the top for easy wall attachment on most mums.
