DeerTdance operates the mobile application (DeerTdance) to provide services including storage of dance patterns/figures and planning of dance events.
DeerTdance is committed to protecting users' privacy and addressing potential privacy concerns. The following information has been posted to help you, the consumer, understand what private information we collect and how your information is used.
Types of private information collected
To best serve your needs, we collect the following types of information when you use/visit the DeerTdance.
Personal information
We collect the following personal information from our users:
• Email address
• Sex
• Payment/Billing Information
• Dance preferences (lead/follow; dance style, etc.)
If you do in-application purchases, such as subscriptions, you might be requested to enter payment procedures which will require your own data. In any case, all information given are used securely and safely by the application stores and your credit card data isn't disclosed to us. You can always choose to provide less information. However, omitting some of this personal information may limit your ability to access all of the benefits of our mobile application and services. For example, we will not be able to process transactions without payment information and a billing address, or receive V.I.P. tickets without your Email address, Dance preference and birthdate.
You can, of course, decline to disclose any of your personal information to us. However, failure to provide us with pertinent information may limit your ability to fully benefit from DeerTdance and all of its offerings. Remember, we only ask for personal information that can help us fully provide our services to our customers.
Users are always free to email DeerTdance at DeerTdance@gmail.com to request complete removal of any or all their data from our servers.
Non-Personal information
This information collection is about you and your device such as your device’s general location, device information (type of device, capability, status, operating system). IDFA android advertiser ID or different kinds of promoting identifier for in game practices, network connection and access, web signals quality and strength identifying with Wifi, application, device version and all comparable specialized information about your device which all excludes your personal data.
We utilize Unity Analytics to automatically get and store certain kind of data whenever you interact with the DeerTdance mobile application. It includes how frequently you play the game, to what extent you play for and what things you've unlocked. This sort of information allows us to better understand our customer base and enhance app usage.The majority of this data comes to us as crude information with no personal data. We automatically collect data on how our users use/visit DeerTdance, such as changing dance preferences, changing account details (see personal and non-personal information sections in this document).

We only use your personal information to help you utilize everything DeerTdance has to offer. This includes:

• Completing your transactions
• Fulfilling customer service requests
• Communicating our sales and promotions

This privacy policy was last updated on 23.01.2025. If we adjust the privacy policy, we will email all account holders of this change and post the most recent update date here. Once posted, the new privacy policy shall be effective immediately.
DeerTdance account deletion.
If you wish for us to delete your DeerTdance account, please send an email to DeerTdance@gmail.com with “DeerTdance account deletion” + your DeerTdance account email in the subject.
We keep your email address on file as long as you have an account with us. It’s deleted upon request.
