Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to all stated terms of service. Please read all of my TOS before placing a commission!

SHIPPING

* Shipping is free within the US *

Shipping may be charged in the US for specialty commissions such as plushes and sculptures. I will specify if shipping will be a factor before any payment is made!

* International shipping may have an upcharge of $1+ *

All small or regular sized art (excluding Tail Swingers) will be shipped internationally for free. If the art is any larger it will have a charge of $1+ depending on location. Any specialty commissions (sculptures, plushes, paw charms) may have a large shipping cost, so please keep that in mind when looking at those items!

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept:

* PayPal

* Venmo

* Cashapp

* snail mail/gift cards

I am pretty flexible with payment methods, so let me know if you have another method of payment for me to consider!

REFUNDS

* 100% refund for art that has not been started

* 50% refund for art that has been started (and a WIP has been sent)

* 0% refund for finished art

I will only refund the profit I would have made from a commission. Transfer charges and shipping prices will be taken out of your refund!

I WILL NOT DRAW:

* Anything that goes against my personal beliefs/values

* Political stances and controversies

* Anime (no hate, I just can't draw it haha)

* Copyrighted characters (unless stylized)

I will draw more sensitive matters such as NSFW, but it will be shared privately and not posted. I will let you know prior to payment if I plan to keep your commission unposted!

PERSONAL STATEMENTS

I can deny or refund any commission that I believe I cannot complete to the customers satisfaction.

I typically will have a very short turnaround, but your piece may take up to a couple of months depending on the circumstances.

I own the rights to all of my artwork. Do not copy, sell, or trace my artwork. Credit must be given for all reposted artwork with a link to my account. Claiming my artwork as your own or removing/ covering my signature in any way is not allowed.
