Clean plastic bags that stretch (not crinkle or tear) can be easily recycled. Bubble wrap, plastic shipping envelopes, paper towel/toilet paper packaging, and produce bags are also recyclable. If it stretches and is clean, put it in a recyclable bag and bring it to the grocery store on your next visit. The plastic is collected by grocery and other retail stores and sold to companies that make Trex Decking and other products.
