Learn how to turn simple ingredients—flour, water, and salt—into delicious, crusty loaves using wild yeasts and bacteria. This hands-on class covers the full sourdough process, and you'll take home your own starter to keep baking for years. The cost for this program is $10 per person (includes one jar of sourdough starter and class materials). If you are unable to make it during the open hours, don't forget that you have access to lockers outside the library 24/7. You can still request library items and then pick them up from the lockers.
