If you're unable to pick up any book requests by Thursday, July 2, please give us a call (309-447-6724) and we can put them in our Pick-Up Lockers outside the library. Then you're able to pick up your books at a time that's convenient to you.

Search for hidden images throughout the library, and once you’ve found them all, claim your fun sticker as a prize. Fun for all ages—drop in anytime during open hours all week long!
What: Coffee, Community, and Crochet
Interested in learning crochet? Teens and adults, please join us this month as three local experienced crochet artists share basic techniques and answer your questions. Bring your own hooks and yarn if you have them, but supplies are not required. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea while connecting with neighbors and building community in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Open to teens and adults.

Come meet the friendly WOOF therapy dogs and enjoy a relaxing morning of reading to a furry friend! Perfect for kids, families, and dog lovers of all ages. No registration needed — just drop in and enjoy!

Zumbini is an early childhood development program focused on music & movement for children ages 0 to 5 years, to attend with their music-loving (Zumba loving!) caregiver(s). Older siblings are welcome. Caregivers must remain present.

Bring the colors of the garden to life! Join 4-H Teen Teachers for a reading of Planting a Rainbow followed by fun, hands-on activities that explore flowers and all the colors of the rainbow. This one-hour program is perfect for young learners who love stories and nature.
Stop by and browse our repurposed card catalog to take home some seeds and start growing. Thanks to Food to Flourish and generous community members, we already have our first seed donations! The Seed Library is available during our open hours.

If you are unable to make it during the open hours, don't forget that you have access to lockers outside the library 24/7. You can still request library items and then pick them up from the lockers.
