• Raman/PL study using Horiba LabRAM HR Evolution Raman system

• Low temperature Raman/PL study [(from 4 to 330 K using Closed Cycle Refrigerator (CCR)]

• High temperature Raman/PL study [from 80 K  to 773 K using Linkam Scientific instrument]

• Material characterization using resonance Raman scattering, Raman and PL mapping, polarized Raman spectroscopy and other characterization technique such as AFM, SEM , XPS and so on.
