Do I need to be home when you service my property? No. As long as our technicians have access to your yard, pool, or gutters, you can go about your day. We will send you a text notification when we arrive and a confirmation when the job is complete
What do you do with the waste you scoop? We double-bag all waste and place it in your designated outdoor trash bin. If you prefer us to haul the waste away entirely, we offer that as a premium add-on service.
Can my dog stay in the yard while you scoop? If your dog is friendly and comfortable with strangers, we love the company! However, if your dog is protective or aggressive toward newcomers, we kindly ask that they remain inside during your scheduled service time.
Do you provide the chemicals for the pool? Yes. Our full-service maintenance includes the standard chemicals needed to keep your water balanced. If your pool requires specialized treatments (like phosphate remover or algaecide), we will consult with you before application.
Do you bag the debris from the gutters? Absolutely. We don't believe in "cleaning" your gutters only to leave a mess on your lawn. All debris is bagged and removed, and we ensure your downspouts are clear and tested.
When should I leave my bins out for cleaning? We typically schedule bin cleaning the day after your local trash collection. Simply leave your empty bins at the curb or in a visible spot, and we’ll handle the rest.
Does the cleaning process use a lot of water? Actually, our high-pressure system uses significantly less water than a standard garden hose. Plus, our system captures the "grey water" so it doesn't run off into your lawn or the local storm drains.
