• All queries and results processed/stored exclusively on your device

4. Third-Party AI Integration

To deliver search results:

• Queries are processed via OpenAI's API

• Only text-based search requests are transmitted

• No personally identifiable data is attached to queries

• We neither store your queries nor OpenAI's results

• You agree to OpenAI's [Terms] and [Privacy Policy]

We don't control OpenAI's output quality or accuracy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use NAMEOURAPP for:

• Illegal activities or copyright violations

• Harassment, stalking, or hate-based targeting

• Obscene, predatory, or harmful investigations

• Impersonation or fraudulent identification

• Violations may result in service termination

6. Age and Legal Compliance

NAMEOURAPP serves a general audience. You confirm:
