Our core functionality is to allow you to print to a printer connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. To provide this service, we require access to very specific information. We do not collect any unnecessary personal data.
Wi-Fi Connection Information: To discover printers on your local network and send print jobs, the App requires access to your Wi-Fi connection. We can see that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, but we do not collect or store the passwords or the content of your network traffic.
Files You Choose to Print: When you select a photo, document, or web page to print, the App needs to temporarily access that specific file to process it for printing. This access is limited to the file you have explicitly chosen.
We do not scan, upload, or store any other files on your device.
We do not have access to files you do not specifically select for printing.
Device Permissions:
Internet (INTERNET): Required to send print data from your phone to the printer over the local Wi-Fi network.
Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE & ACCESS_WIFI_STATE): Used to check your network connection and ensure it is stable for sending print jobs.
We Explicitly Do NOT Collect:
Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or home address.
Location Data: The App does not request or collect your device's GPS or precise location.
SMS or Call Logs: The App has no features related to communication and will never request access to your calls or messages.
Account Information: The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
The information we have access to is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the printing functionality. This includes:
Discovering and connecting to printers on your Wi-Fi network.
Processing the specific image, document, text, or web page you have selected into a format that your printer can understand.
Sending the print job from your mobile device to the printer.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone.
Because all printing operations happen locally on your device and your local Wi-Fi network:
No Cloud Upload: The files you print are not uploaded to any cloud server owned by us or any third party. The data is transferred directly from your phone to your printer.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share any data with third-party companies for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
Legal Compliance: The only exception would be if we are required to disclose information by law or a valid legal request from a public authority.
We take the security of your data seriously. Since your documents are processed locally on your device and transmitted only over your private Wi-Fi network, your privacy is protected by your own network's security. We design the App to minimize data collection and follow security best practices to protect against unauthorized access.
You have full control over the App's functionality:
Permissions: You can manage the App's permissions (like Wi-Fi access) at any time through your device's settings. Please note that revoking permissions may prevent the App from finding printers or printing.
Your Files: You have complete control over which files are selected for printing. The App does not access any files without your direct action.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we update the policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
