Plant Registration Instructions

PLANT LISTS ARE DUE BY 12pm on Thursday, February 19th. Completed plant registration forms should be emailed to deepcutorchids@gmail.com. You can also hand deliver the form to the registration team in person on a USB drive.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE Microsoft Excel, please save into .csv format. 

Each Exhibitor must fill out a plant registration form and include the following: 

1. Each plant must have its own unique id (PlantID).
   Each Exhibitor is assigned a block of numbers, which is listed in the excel document. The first row is reserved for your exhibit which will end in 00.  (Example, Bucks County OS exhibit will be 100, and the first plant will be 101, LVOS exhibit ID will be 200, first plant, 201, etc.).  Begin in row 2 with your first plant. Each unique number should be on the label of each entered plant. 

2. Plant Name
   NOTE: DCOS cannot guarantee judging of plants entered with incorrect or out dated taxonomy. Consult the show schedule for taxonomy information. HINT - There is an index in the back if you are not sure. If you are still not sure, send us an email at deepcutorchids@gmail.com

3. Society/Vendor Name

4. Exhibitor Name

5. Class  -  From show schedule. (Ex. A.1, B.7, K.2, etc.)
   NOTE: DCOS cannot guarantee judging of plants that are mis-classified, Consult the show schedule for classification information. HINT - There is an index in the back if you are not sure. If you are still not sure, send us an email at deepcutorchids@gmail.com

6. Space - Enter space # associated with your exhibit

7. Comments (Optional - examples include Please pull for AOS Judging, or NOT for AOS Judging)

8. If you have plants in your display that you do not wish to have ribbon judged, for any reason, then do not register those plants.
