CodecSplash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Apps without prior written permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
Use the Apps for unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, performance, or functionality of the Apps.
CodecSplash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms.
All content, features, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available through the Apps are owned by or licensed to CodecSplash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Any use of CodecSplash intellectual property requires prior written consent.
The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CodecSplash makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or performance of the Apps.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodecSplash disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodecSplash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Apps. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies.
Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Apps.
The Apps may include links to or integrations with third-party services or platforms. CodecSplash does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
CodecSplash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted within the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
