As a Business Development Manager, I helped in developing the value investment formula for the portal. I also headed teams to create industry and company reports, and to create sales plans for the web portal.
2. Tractor tires distribution network of Goodyear Tires [August 2008-May 2009]
As a consultant, I studied the existing tractor tires market in India. I also prepared questionnaires and conducted survey of the individuals who owned tractors and the merchants of tractor tires. Finally, based on this survey we proposed 100 distribution points for selling tractor tires across India.
As a consultant, I created tools for the TKM SOPs like movies and pocket cards. I also helped the top management of Toyota dealerships to identify and remove gaps in their sales-teams. As a trainer, I trained sales-teams at Toyota dealerships (each team had more than 20 individuals).
4. Otis India - Key Account Management [Nov. 2006-March 2007]
I helped in preparing strategies for Otis India on how to manage key accounts. I also helped in creating content for a movie used to train their sales team. Finally, I prepared presentations for training the sales teams of Otis India for managing key accounts.
5. Castrol WS & HD Way of Selling [Aug. 2006-Oct. 2006]
I created the content/script for a movie focused on selling. I also assisted in creating the movie ensuring that it followed the script. Lastly, I created presentations for training Castrol sales teams and assisted in conducting training programs.
6. Tata Spares Parts Distribution (SPD) [June 2006-Aug. 2006]
I helped in searching and proposing 100 distribution points based on the potential of districts across India. I also conducted analyses to come up with possible sales achievements per distribution point based on its district's potential.
