7. Reverse Image Search
Reverse Image Search is provided to help users search for visually similar publicly available images.

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You own the image, or

• You have permission to use it.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Reverse Image Search complies with applicable laws.

You must not use Reverse Image Search to:

• invade another person's privacy,

• harass individuals,

• impersonate others,

• or violate applicable laws.

8. Name Search
Name Search helps users retrieve publicly available search information.

Search results may include information collected from publicly available sources or provided by third-party services.

You acknowledge that search results may not always be complete or accurate.

9. Price Comparison Search
Price Comparison Search is intended to help users compare publicly available product listings and pricing.

Prices, product availability, and seller information may change at any time.

Batturon AI does not guarantee that displayed prices remain current or accurate after the search is completed.

10. No Guarantee of Search Results
Search results are generated using trusted third-party providers and publicly available information where applicable.

Because information changes over time, results may be:

• incomplete,

• inaccurate,

• outdated,

• unavailable,

• or contain errors.

Batturon AI does not guarantee:

• accuracy,

• completeness,

• reliability,

• availability,

• or suitability of search results.

Search results should not be relied upon as proof of identity or for legal, employment, financial, insurance, housing, credit, or similar decisions.

11. User Content
Any image, search keyword, product name, image URL, or other content submitted by you remains your responsibility. 

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

You agree not to upload content that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.

12. Credits and Subscription

Certain features within Batturon AI require credits or an active subscription.

Credits are used to perform eligible searches and are deducted based on the type of search requested. The number of credits required for each feature may change from time to time.

Subscriptions may provide additional benefits, including increased search limits, additional credits, or access to premium features.

Unless otherwise stated, credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may only be used within the App.

Unused credits may expire or become unavailable if required by changes to the App or applicable platform policies.

13. Payments and Refunds
All purchases, including subscriptions and credit packages, are processed securely through Google Play.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information.

Billing, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Where permitted by applicable law, refunds are handled in accordance with Google's policies.

14. Intellectual Property
Batturon AI, including its software, user interface, design, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, text, and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not:

• Copy the App.

• Modify the App.

• Reverse engineer the App.

• Decompile or disassemble the App.

• Redistribute the App.

• Sell or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

15. Availability of Services
We continuously improve Batturon AI and may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

• every feature will always remain available;

• third-party search providers will always be operational;

• search results will always be accessible;

• the App will operate without interruption or error.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

16. Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on third-party services.

Currently, Batturon AI uses:

• SerpAPI

  - Reverse Image Search

  - Price Comparison Search

SerpAPI operates independently from Batturon AI.

We do not control its databases, search algorithms, availability, or privacy practices.

Your use of features powered by SerpAPI may also be subject to its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Batturon AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

• merchantability,

• fitness for a particular purpose,

• accuracy,

• reliability,

• availability,

• non-infringement,

• uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

• the App will always function without errors;

• search results will always be accurate;

• services will always be available;

• defects will always be corrected.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• your use of the App;

• your inability to use the App;

• reliance on search results;

• inaccuracies in search results;

• interruptions of service;

• third-party service failures;

• loss of data;

• loss of profits;

• any other damages resulting from the use of the App.

You acknowledge that you use the App entirely at your own discretion and risk.

19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developers and operators of Batturon AI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your misuse of the App;

• your violation of these Terms;

• your violation of applicable laws;

• your infringement of another person's rights;

• any content or information submitted by you.

20. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Batturon AI, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms have been violated;

• the App is being used unlawfully;

• the App is being used in a manner that could harm other users, third parties, or the operation of the service.

Termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to us.
