• Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Password, Device FCM Token, Quiz Points and Device IDs (if provided).

• Usage Data: App interactions, preferences, and general behavior to enhance app functionality.

FCM Token 

We are taking FCM Token from the user device when the user login there account. If the user login, we collect and store this on our server with encryption, and we only use this for send custom notifications to user..

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as full name, home address, or phone number unless voluntarily provided for support-related queries.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used for:

Enhancing App Features: Analyzing trends to improve navigation, resolve bugs, and introduce new features.

Providing Personalized Content: Suggesting Islamic content based on app activity, including Quran recitations and daily reminders.

Displaying Advertisements: Revenue from ads helps maintain and develop the app. Ads may be personalized based on user behavior.

Customer Support: Assisting with user queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Log Data: When you use our Service, in case of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. We use this data for debugging and improving the stability of the app.

4. Facebook SDK

This app uses the Facebook SDK to collect and process data for app analytics, advertising attribution, and campaign measurement. This data may include device identifiers, IP addresses, and information about your interactions with our app. We use this information to understand how users interact with our app, to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook advertising campaigns, and to improve our marketing efforts. 5. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. For example, Google Analytics may use cookies to track user behavior within the app. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

6. Ads and Third-party Services

To sustain development, Deen Er Pothe displays advertisements provided by trusted third-party ad networks. These networks may collect anonymous data for targeted ad delivery. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

We integrate third-party APIs to enhance functionality:

• Al-Adhan Time API: Provides accurate prayer times based on location (data transmitted securely).

• Al-Qur'an API: Enables access to the Holy Quran text (no user data shared).

• Hadith API (arugaz-api/hadith-api): Offers access to Hadith collections (no personal data shared).

Additionally, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase) to optimize app performance and user experience.

7. Storage Permissions & Wallpaper Downloads

Our app allows users to download wallpapers after watching a rewarded advertisement. For this feature, we request the following permissions:

“WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Used (for devices running Android 9 and below) to save wallpapers to the device’s gallery. On Android 10 and above, our app uses the MediaStore API and does not require storage permission.”

We do not access, collect, or share your personal photos, videos, or files. These permissions are used only to save the wallpapers you choose.

👉 You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings under the Deen Er Pothe app settings.

8. Location & Network Permissions

ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION – Used to provide accurate Islamic services such as prayer times, Qibla direction, or location-based content. We do not track or store your precise location. Only approximate location is used for app functionality.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – Used to check if your device is connected to the internet in order to load Islamic content, display ads, and ensure smooth app performance. This permission does not give us access to your browsing history or personal data.

8. Data Security

We prioritize your privacy and security through:

• Restricted Access: Only authorized personnel have access to collected data.

• Regular Updates: Frequent security updates to fix vulnerabilities and enhance protection.

Although we implement strict security measures, no online system is entirely secure. We recommend keeping your device updated and using strong passwords.

9. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: Request details about the collected data.

• Delete Your Data: Request the removal of your personal data from our system.

• Manage Ad Preferences: Adjust ad personalization settings via device privacy options.

10. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we inadvertently collect personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and through an in-app notification. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of any modifications.

12. Point System & Conversion Policy

Earning Points

Users can earn Points by participating in in-app quizzes. One (1) point is awarded for each correct answer. Upon completion of a quiz, users must select the "Save Point" option to record their earnings to our secure database.

• Data Loss: If a user exits the result screen or presses the "Back Arrow" button before saving, all points earned during that session will be permanently lost.

• Account Requirement: Point storage is exclusively available to registered, logged-in users.

• Point Utility & Restrictions

Points are virtual currency intended solely for in-app use.

• No Monetary Value: Points have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender (money), and cannot be exchanged for physical gifts.

• Leaderboard: Points are used to calculate and display user rankings on the global leaderboard.

• Conversion to Wallpaper Points

Users may convert their earned Points into Wallpaper Points, which are used specifically to unlock and download wallpapers within the app.

• Conversion Rate: 10 Points = 1 Wallpaper Point.

• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 10 Points is required to initiate a conversion.

• Irreversibility: Once Points have been converted into Wallpaper Points, the action is final. Wallpaper Points cannot be converted back into standard Points.

We collect your records of In-App point conversation. Collect Point convert history( User Id, Point, Convert Point, Date). These are collected and stored on our server beacuse of user can see there convert history in the app. Only the login user can see their history if they are convert any point.

We only give access to the login user to convert their point, and for account management, we show their account conversion history in the app.

Quiz Mechanics & Timer Rules

• Scoring: You will receive one (1) point for every correct answer. No points are awarded for incorrect answers.

• Time Limit: Each question is allocated 30 seconds. The total time for the quiz is calculated based on the number of questions (e.g., a 5-question quiz allows for a total of 150 seconds).

• Countdown Trigger: The total countdown timer will begin immediately after you submit your answer to the first question. You must complete all remaining questions before the timer reaches zero.

• Point Tracking & Leaderboards

Our system tracks two types of point balances to reward your progress:

• Lifetime Points: These represent the total number of points you have ever earned from quizzes. This balance never decreases, even after you use or convert points. Your Lifetime Points determine your rank and position on the global Leaderboard.

• Current Points (Redeemable): These are the points currently available in your account. [No real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender (money), and cannot be exchanged for physical gifts]

• Usage: You can convert these into Wallpaper Points.

• Balance Adjustment: When you convert points into Wallpaper Points, your Current Points balance will decrease accordingly, but your Lifetime Points will remain unchanged.

• Wallpaper Downloads

• Accessing Content: Downloading wallpapers from our App requires the use of Wallpaper Points.

• Download Cost: A balance of 5 Wallpaper Points is required for each individual wallpaper download.

• Point Acquisition: You may acquire the necessary points by converting your accumulated Quiz Points within the app.

• Sufficient Balance: Users must ensure they have a sufficient balance of Wallpaper Points before initiating a download request.

• Quiz Data Loss

Please be aware of the following conditions regarding the permanent deletion of your account:

• Total Forfeiture of Points: Upon deleting your account, all accumulated Current Points, Lifetime Points, and Wallpaper Points will be immediately and permanently erased from our database.

• No Data Recovery: If you choose to create a new account in the future, your previous point balances cannot be recovered, restored, or transferred. You will start with a zero balance.

• Recommendation: We strongly advise users to use all remaining Wallpaper Points to download content before initiating an account deletion.

• No Refunds or Exchanges: As our points have no monetary value, the app will not provide any refunds, compensation, or "buy-backs" for unused points upon account closure.

Data Logging & Transaction History

To ensure account accuracy and security, our servers maintain a detailed record of your point activity:

• Conversion Tracking: Whenever you convert Quiz Points into Wallpaper Points, the specific amount and timestamp of the transaction are stored in our secure database.

• Balance Verification: This data is used solely to verify your current balances, prevent technical errors, and ensure that your rewards are correctly synced across devices.

• Server Sync: By using the conversion feature, you acknowledge that this transaction data will be uploaded to our server to maintain your profile's integrity.

Ramadan Card Share

We added a Ramadan Calendar card design on the Home page in our app. This Card are only designed for the Bangladesh Ramadan time base. Anyone can download and share on the media. [Note: in our app, this card design are change. When you download . Card image  are some design change.]
