Registration Trifold for our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament to be held

Click on the “pop out” tab in upper right corner and it will open to a larger format. You can then print it. If you have a two sided  printer, tell it to print 2-sided and “flip on short edge.” It then prints with the registrations back to back in correct format.
