Welcome to Decoze, an AI-powered interior decoration app. By downloading or using Decoze, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Use of the App
Decoze is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its functionality.
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Decoze offers credits and subscription plans via in-app purchases.
Credits: Can be purchased and used to access specific features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Subscriptions: Offer recurring access to Decoze’s features (e.g., AI-generated designs). Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms.
Restoration: Subscriptions can be restored on the same account if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription via the App Store or Play Store; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. User Content
You may upload photos or videos to use Decoze’s features.
You are responsible for the content you upload and must not upload anything illegal, offensive, or infringing.
By uploading, you grant Decoze permission to process the content to provide the service.
4. AI-Generated Content and Fair Use
Designs generated by Decoze are for inspiration and visualization only.
Decoze subscriptions provide access to AI-generated designs for personal use.
To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, Decoze applies a monthly generation limit of 200 designs for each subscription plan.
These limits are applied automatically and reset each month.
Such limits do not affect your subscription status and are in place to ensure stable and reliable service for all users.
5. Intellectual Property
The Decoze app, features, and content are owned by us.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
6. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
