1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AI Room Restyle (the "App"), published by Bagasy Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides AI-powered interior design visualization tools. Results are generated automatically by third-party AI services and may vary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your App Store settings.
6. Free Tier and Usage Limits
Free users receive a limited number of daily generations. Limits may change without notice.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant Bagasy Studio a limited license to process your images solely for providing the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated designs are for visualization and inspiration only. They are not architectural plans or professional design advice. Consult qualified professionals before making renovation decisions.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully, upload infringing or offensive content, reverse engineer the App, use bots, interfere with infrastructure, or resell access.
10. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are property of Bagasy Studio or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services. Bagasy Studio is not responsible for their availability or performance.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BAGASY STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED RESULTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAGASY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bagasy Studio from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
Bagasy Studio may terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
