Feedback & Suggestions
The form is hosted by Tally. Your description is required; category, place in the app, one screenshot up to 10 MB, and reply email address are optional. Place in the app means a case or screen, not your physical location. Without a reply email address, we may be unable to respond directly.
You choose what to include. The app does not automatically attach game progress, puzzle answers, letter mappings, play time, device identifiers or logs to the form. Remove personal information from screenshots and do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Free content
Version 1.0: All ten launch cases are permanently free. No purchase is required. This version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Version 1.1 (not yet released): The original ten cases will remain free. Case Pack 1 is planned as an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks this pack of 11 additional cases and 33 puzzles. There will be no subscription.
Languages
Version 1.0: The interface and story support English and Simplified Chinese. Cipher puzzles and decoded messages remain in English; Chinese meanings appear after the corresponding message is fully decoded.
Version 1.1 (not yet released) will open in English and will not offer a language-selection control. Its normal interface and story will use English.
Saved progress
Progress is stored on your device. If you have a saved-progress problem, contact us before reinstalling.
