SELECT GIFT

Select the gift of your choice and request for a quote, specifying your desired quantity, color, design, and SKU# in the form.

FINALIZE DESIGN

Our staff will contact you to provide any necessary advice and finalize the design and price.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required to commence the production process. The remaining thereof is to be paid upon delivery.

DELIVERY OR PICKUP

You can choose to pick up your order at our office or request us to deliver it to your provided address.

How long does the production process take?

It depends on the order quantity and the type of gifts. However, it generally takes around 30 days.

What is Giftmanufactory payment term?

We require 50% deposit to start the production process. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon delivery.

Is it possible to request for a gift sample?

Definitely! We can provide a gift sample in both digital and physical forms. The digital sample will take 1-2 business days, and the physical sample will take 7-10 business days, depending on the type of gifts and may be subject to additional charges.

Does Giftmanufactory offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any refund. It is of our understanding that you are already satisfied with the design and the product quality before confirming your order with us.

What if the delivered gifts are defective?

In case of any detective item that is attributable to us, our after-sales team will collect the item from your office/address for inspection. If the item is found to be defective, we will immediately replace the item at no additional cost, or provide a refund in the amount equal to the value of that item, as the case may be.
