💰 How much is the deposit?

A deposit of 20% of the room fare is required to secure your cabin.

Final payment is due approximately 120 days before sailing.

Yes—flexible payment options may be available through Virgin Voyages when checking out for your cruise.

🛡️ Is travel insurance available?

Yes—travel insurance is available when booking through Virgin Voyages. Pricing varies based on the total cost of your trip.

💳 What payments are accepted onboard?

Your onboard account is linked to your card—no cash needed.

🚫 What is the cancellation policy?

✈️ What airport should I fly into and when should I fly in for the cruise?

Miami (MIA) is closest. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is also a great option.
Flights are not included and should be booked separately. We highly recommend flying in the day before to avoid travel delays.

🧳 What time should I arrive at the port?

You’ll select an arrival window during check-in. Earlier arrival = more time to enjoy the ship on Day 1. Most arrival times for this ship start at 2PM.

🛂 Do I need a passport?

A passport is recommended and may be required depending on your travel situation. It’s always best to travel with a valid passport for international cruises.

🧾 Do I need to check in before the cruise?

Yes—online check-in is required before sailing and includes selecting your arrival time.

At this time, guests are responsible for securing their own roommate.

Inside, ocean view, and balcony cabins are available. Balcony is the most popular for the full experience and include the class Virgin Voyages red hammock!

👬 I’m coming alone—will I feel awkward?

🍽️ How does dining work?

Virgin Voyages features multiple restaurants (no buffets). You can make reservations or dine more casually depending on the venue.
