How do I download and install DecisionIQ?
You can download our app from the App Store by searching for “DecisionIQ” Simply tap Get and follow the instructions.
The app is not working properly. What should I do?
If you experience issues:
• Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.
• Restart your device and reopen the app.
• Check if your internet connection is stable.
• If the issue persists, contact our support team.
What do the colors in the app mean? Color coding shows tables and chat messages in separate bubbles for clarity.
What does the loading status indicate? That AI model is interpreting User Query, performing thorough research, reasoning, analysis, validation and formatting of results before presenting to User.
Application Usage Questions
What is Decision IQ? Decision IQ is an AI-powered decision-making tool designed to provide data-driven insights to help users make informed decisions. It uses AI research to identify relevant factors and generate Smart Scores to eliminate decision paralysis.
What is a Smart Score? A Smart Score is a normalized score (1-100) generated by a quantitative model after synthesizing data across multiple factors and options. It provides a standardized metric for comparing options. For example, if the Smart Score of Tesla is 90 and BMW is 70, that means Tesla is a better choice by 20 points.
What are Identified Factors? Identified Factors are criteria relevant to the decision-making process, such as cost, convenience, or quality, used to evaluate options. For a decision about a vehicle purchase, factors might include fuel efficiency, price, and safety.
What is an Importance Score? An Importance Score is a numeric rating (1-10) assigned to each Identified Factor based on its relevancy to the user's goal. For example, fuel efficiency might have an Importance Score of 9 for an eco-conscious user, while price might have an Importance Score of 7.
What is an Option Rating? Option Rating is a numeric rating (1-10) given to each option for how well it performs against an Identified Factor. For example, a Tesla might have an Option Rating of 10 for fuel efficiency, while a Honda has an Option Rating of 8.
Using the App
How do I use Decision IQ? Simply enter your query to experience smarter, data-driven decisions. For example, "Should I buy a Mac or Windows PC?".
How do I personalize my decisions? You can engage the Fine Tuning feature to customize decisions by updating relevant factors, options, and assigned rankings.
How can I review my decision insights? Decision IQ provides well-structured and detailed insights into your decision in an easy-to-review table format.
How do I share my decision insights? Use the share option to share the consolidated summary of your decision insights.
