This privacy policy applies to the Decidly app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Jorin Bahns (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
This page is intended to inform visitors about my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those who choose to use my Application.
Your Consent
If you choose to use my Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
I prioritize your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal data. I do not collect or store any personal data through my app, except for the data that may be collected by the third-party services that I use to provide certain functionalities within the app.
Specifically, I utilize Unity Ads and Firebase Realtime Database:
Unity Ads: This service may collect and share data necessary for displaying ads, including but not limited to device identifiers and usage data. This data may include, but is not limited to approximate location, user’s personal identifiers, user’s purchase history, page views and taps in the app, data on any other app activity, app diagnostics and data on the user’s device or other identifiers.
Unity Ads may use data for various purposes, including but not limited to advertising or marketing, analytics, app functionality, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Please review Unity's privacy policy to understand how your data is handled.
Firebase Realtime Database: This service may collect and store data related to the real-time functionality of the app, such as user interactions and data synchronization. This data my include, but ist not limited to IP addresses, OS version, name, model, brand, form factor, SDK-Version and the App that was used to install the Application.
Realtime Database uses IP addresses and user agents to enable the profiler tool which helps Firebase customers understand usage trends and platform breakdowns. Realtime Database keeps IP addresses and user agent information for a few days. Please review Firebase's privacy policy for more details on data handling.
These third-party services may collect data as required by their terms and conditions. Data collected by Unity Ads and Firebase may be shared with third parties and may be transferred to countries outside your jurisdiction (including non-EU/EEA countries). I encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.
I do not have access to or control over any data automatically collected by these third-party services.
Additionally, my app allows users to create and join temporary lobbies by generating a room code. This room code, which users can choose themselves, is limited to a specific number of characters and is deleted immediately after the game ends. I do not store or use room codes in the Firebase Realtime Database beyond the duration of the game session.
I assume that users will create room codes that do not contain personal information. However, I strongly advise against using personal data or any sensitive information as part of the room code. My app does not have the capability to verify or monitor the content of room codes, and I do not collect or store any data related to them beyond what is necessary for the immediate functionality of the app.

Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Application does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. To manage your privacy settings or delete data related to Unity Ads, you can do so directly within the app when a Unity Ads advertisement is displayed by selecting the Unity Data Privacy icon.
Rights
As a citizen of the European Union, you have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to data portability. Since I do not collect or store any personal data myself, you must direct these requests to the respective third-party services, Firebase and Unity Ads. Please refer to their privacy policies for contact information and further details on how to exercise your rights.
Data Retention Policy
As the Service Provider I do not collect or store any personal data. However, if you become aware that personal data has been transmitted to me you'd like it to be deleted, please contact me, and and I will respond in a reasonable time. For data retention managed by Unity and Firebase, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided this Application with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
Security
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Application may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. I will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
