COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I restore my Pro unlock on a new device
Open Settings inside DECAY and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that originally bought the unlock. If the button does not change to DECAY Pro Unlocked within thirty seconds, sign out of the App Store, sign back in, and try once more.
I purchased Pro and the app still shows the limit
This usually means the StoreKit receipt has not refreshed yet. Force quit DECAY, reopen it, then go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. If the issue persists, send us your original Apple receipt email and we will investigate.
Will my data sync between iPhone and iPad
Yes, automatically, if both devices are signed into the same iCloud account and iCloud Drive is enabled. There is no separate account to create. New entries appear on the other device within a few minutes when both are online.
How do I cancel my DECAY subscription
DECAY is not a subscription. The 9.99 unlock is a one time purchase. There is nothing to cancel on the DECAY side. If you want a refund, request one directly through Apple's standard refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my data stored
On your device and, if iCloud is on, in your private iCloud container. We have no server. We cannot see your subscription data even if we wanted to.
Why does AI sometimes fail to respond
AI features call Anthropic's Claude API. Brief network outages, very long prompts or rate limit pressure can cause an occasional failure. The app will retry automatically once. If a feature stays unavailable, wait a minute and try again.
I want to delete all my data
Settings, Reset DECAY, Erase All Data. This removes every subscription and usage log from your device and from your iCloud container. The action cannot be undone.
A subscription is missing from autocomplete
The bundled catalog covers 50 plus popular services. You can still add any service manually by typing its name into the Add Subscription form. We add new services periodically. Email us the service name if you would like it bundled.

REFUNDS
DECAY's one time purchase is processed by Apple. Apple handles all refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find DECAY, and request a refund. We have no ability to refund Apple purchases on our end.
