Welcome to DebtTracker (“the App”), operated by DGN Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App.
DebtTracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App
Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security or access control
Use the App in a way that disrupts or interferes with its functionality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and access to the App.
DebtTracker does not require account creation. All app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, your locally stored data will be permanently erased.
DebtTracker offers a premium auto-renewable subscription with the following details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
We do not offer refunds for unused periods.
Apple handles all payments and refund requests. We cannot process refunds directly. For refund inquiries, use Apple’s official refund request portal.
The free version of the App displays advertisements using third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Ad behavior and personalization depend on your privacy settings.
All content, design, trademarks, and features of the App are owned by DGN Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the App without written permission.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the processing of information as described there.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee:
That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
That data will never be lost
That bugs or issues will never occur
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
We are not responsible for financial losses, data loss, or device issues caused by the App
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limits apply only to the extent permitted.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:
You violate these Terms
We discontinue or modify the App
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
