Debt Tracker is provided by K.Nasser. This policy explains how the Debt Tracker Android application handles information.

Information you enter

Debt names, balances, installment details, payments, notes, family labels, reminder settings, and receipt images are stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device. Version 1 does not create a Debt Tracker account and does not upload these financial records to our servers.

Exports and sharing

If you choose PDF or CSV export, the app creates the requested file and opens Android’s sharing interface. The destination and recipient are selected by you. You are responsible for protecting files after sharing or saving them outside the app.

Notifications and photos

Notification permission is requested only when you enable a payment reminder. Reminders are scheduled on your device and can be disabled in the app or Android settings. Receipt images are selected by you and copied into the app’s private storage.

Analytics and crash reporting

Debt Tracker uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. These services may process app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, device or app identifiers, device model, operating-system information, and similar technical information.

Debt balances, debt names, payment entries, notes, and receipt images are not intentionally included in analytics events.

Google processes this technical information as a service provider under its applicable terms and privacy safeguards. Data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit.

Advertising, purchases, and accounts

Version 1 contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no Debt Tracker user-account system. The app does not request bank-login or payment-card credentials.

Retention and deletion

You can edit or delete individual records inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local database and receipt files, subject to normal Android device behavior. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this app.

Technical analytics and crash information is retained according to the Firebase settings and retention controls used by the developer.

Children

Debt Tracker is a personal financial organization tool intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Security

We use platform security controls, private application storage, encrypted network transport for Firebase telemetry, and release-signing protections. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
