FOR CANDIDATES
If any candidates wish to apply through us in any company, they must adhere to a few guidelines. It is briefly mentioned below.
We are not taking any charges from our candidates and also advise the students not to give money to any companies as a registration fee. If you are paying the money and not getting any job then we are not responsible for the same. And please inform us of the same we will remove & ban these companies from our sites permanently.
We offer free placement services to our candidates throughout India. We only work with companies, not individuals.
If he/she wants to apply for a job, they must send their resume to my team or contact us directly. Our team can conduct the first telephonic round, and if the candidate is suitable for our reliable option, we can recommend any company.
When candidates go for interviews, they must include our consultancy's name on their CV so that the company is aware.
We will share your resumes with the different organizations after initial screening, and the company will handle the further interview steps, therefore please do not call/text for confirmation of interview dates.
If you haven't heard anything from the company in a long time, please contact us and we will assist you.
If a candidate is chosen based on our references and recommendations, he or she must immediately notify us and endorse a copy of the employment letter for our records; otherwise, please notify our team over email/call.
If a candidate is hired through " DEB RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS ", he or she will be the only employee of the relevant organization, and " DEB RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS " will not be held responsible for any legal/dispute or other problem that arises between the applicant and the organization.
If a candidate is working through our referral at our client company, we cannot put that applicant in another company until he or she is able to leave the employment.
We occasionally publish some of the most recent employment opportunities listed on various job portals that don't belong to our Clients, thus we don't charge anything both for the candidates and the respective companies for the same. And also will not be held responsible for any legal/dispute or other problem that arises between the applicant and the organization.
FOR OUR CLIENT'S
Making a good agreement between " Deb Recruitment Solutions " and the client is our top concern whenever we are interacting with one of our clients. In that Agreement, we listed the following information:
The consultant's tasks and responsibilities will include offering Manpower from the entry-level to the senior level within the time frame specified.
Consultant should comply, to the best of his/her knowledge, with any business conduct, regulatory, and health and safety rules established by the Company for any governmental authority with respect to the Company's business while executing the Services.
Subject to the terms of this agreement, the Company will pay the Consultant a Professional fee equal to 1.5% of the yearly salary of the hired candidates, excluding retrials and allowances, at all levels for International Programs.
After 30 days, we will send an invoice with the list of applicants recruited through our source, as well as any applicable professional costs to the client. The Consulting Fee is due 45 days from the date of the Candidate's selection.
If the applicant resigns within 90 days of starting, the consultant will issue a credit note that will be applied to the current invoice. If the credit note amount is not forfeited within a month, the consultant must settle their account by supplying us with a cheque for the unpaid amount.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions are not permitted unless all parties agree. Any modifications will be verified in writing by the Consultant if necessary.
