Dynamic, dedicated and interested students across the globe are invited for an internship in our group to have the essence of how the current days cellular communication, wireless networks and mobile communication technologies are working. Students in their 3rd or Final year of Graduation or in their 1st or 2nd year of post-graduation in the department of ECE/CSE/IT/equivalent stream can apply.
Topic: Related to SDN (Software Defined Networking), NFV (Network Function Virtualization), SmartGrid, Machine Learning in SmartGrid, Network Security, 5G, Cloud Computing, Federated Learning in Cloud and Edge Computing, Network Slicing, SDN - Security, Blockchain, Distributed Ledger, Load Balancing, Economic architecture designing, Core 5G and beyond, Future 6G, etc.
Simulation Platform to be used: MATLAB R2020a, Mininet 2.2.0, NS-3.29, Python, Gurobi Optimizer, Latex, OMNET++, C and C++ (if required).
Prerequisites: Basic coding on Python or C++ or C, Basic knowledge in communication networking, Mobile communication, Wireless Communication.
Outcome: A softcopy/hardcopy of a detailed project report must be submitted by the student at the end of this work for evaluation.
Certification: The work will be evaluated thoroughly and the student will be awarded a certificate and recommendation letter.
Takeaway: Recognition, Fun, Knowledge and Skills.
Outstanding works will be published at the Reputed Journals and Flagship Conferences. (View our Publication and Achievement Tab to have a glimpse of the same)
The main objective of this Online Short Term Course and Internship is to provide an idea of cutting edge research technologies to young vibrant students. A group of Professors and Post graduate research scholars from USA, Europe and India are offering both theoretical and hands-on knowledge on Software defined Networking, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Smart Internet of Things, Smart Power Grids, Smart health and similar emerging technologies to the students.
During this unprecedented situation of COVID-19 pandemic it is a humble effort to help the students to learn cutting-edge technologies.
Our motto is to enrich the young students and motivate them to opt applied research as their Career objective.
Course FEE: Your dedication to the Study, crave for Learning and Skills in Programming.
Take Away: Fun of Learning.
The advent of Software Defined Network (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) redefines the concept of Internet of Things (IoT) to make it more compatible with next generation communication networks. The absolute random service demands of end users make the researchers from industry and academia to rearchitect the old network models and make it open, programmable and adaptive in nature in order to provide real time user centric service demands. The Internet of Softwarized Things (IoST) is a dynamic programable system of interrelated and interconnected digital machineries and computational devices with the ability to communicate informative data without the intervention of human being. The emergence of cellular networks like 5G introduce services to cover all possible user to user, user to machine and machine to machine communications that provide the optimum QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE (Quality of Experience) to the end users. The openness in network architecture gives the TSPs (Telecomm Service Providers) and TNOs (Telecom Network Operators) huge flexibility to add, remove, update and modify any network services in no time. The flow of uninterrupted high-quality network services with minimum latency is one of the key features of 5G and softwarized IoT will be aiming to deliver the same in the future day’s cellular networks.
