New Generation Biomolecular Sequencing Via Optimal Nanopore Translocation Technology

Objective: We propose a combined theoretical and experimental approach towards developing a novel nanopore-based device for next-generation biomolecule sequencing, capable of quantifying structural alterations in biological entities to provide vital diagnostic insights that have by far remained elusive. This advancement is likely to open up the possibilities of rapid, affordable nucleic acid and protein sequencing for epidemiological and biological research, circumventing the current challenges in public health practice.
