LESSON FOUR
Warmer:
Let's see how difficult it was to create the digital poster made as homework. Today, we are going to do the final task of the webquest, working as historians and archeologists to collect the information we and our classmates have gathered and compare the different findings.
Web:
In the computer room, we will explore our classmates digital posters uploaded on the virtual classroom in order to learn about new civilizations. Then, we will compare the civilizations portrayed on the posters and take notes of any interesting comparison we come across. E.g. Look at two different posters and ask yourself questions like "which civilization is older?", "which one is larger?", "which one is stranger?", "which one is better (in your opinion)?". Don't forget to write down your findings!
What's Next:
Back in the classroom, we can share our comparisons and we will write some of them on the board. Then, we will check how many comparisons we have found across the different civilizations. Finally, we will have the chance to self-assess our work in the evaluation section.
