I strongly believe in pursuing science for the joy of exploring and chasing the mysteries of the world around us. I expect every member of our group to be excited about their project, which is one of the key aspects, besides working hard to gather relevant data and interpret it. I have listed out few aspects
Group meetings will be held at least once a week, and attendance is mandatory for all laboratory members. Some of the meetings will involve external members, such as collaborators/visitors to the lab.
All lab members are encouraged to attend as many workshops/symposia/conferences as possible without hampering their research work.
All members of the lab are expected to stay updated on recent advances in their research topic and strive to follow best practices observed among researchers worldwide.
