DEBAM BISWAS

I am a PhD at the Department of Mathematics of University of Regensburg writing my thesis under the supervision of Prof Walter Gubler. I did my Bachelors in Chennai Mathematical Institute finishing in 2019, followed by a masters at the ALGANT (Regensburg-Bordeaux) finishing in 2021. I started my PhD at Regensburg in 2021. I am supported by the DFG  and the SFB Higher Invariants.

I am broadly interested in Arakelov geometry on quasi-projective varieties. On the side I am also recently interested into learning more about perfectoid spaces of Peter Scholze. Here is my detailed CV.
