These are ideas with both beds lofted and the desks on the end. We know this works from past photos, and may be the best option. It may be nice to put something tall near the sink to create a little privacy corner. (Either a wardrobe or desk. )
These are similar ideas but in the right side one, Bed A is left low and can function like a couch in front of the window. To save space maybe the fridge could sit on top of dresser A? Or even under Bed B.
If I measured correctly and this one would work it might be nice! It would cover up the side window though.
