Welcome to Alpha M's Tailored: 6 Weeks to Living Lean workout and lifestyle plan! The workouts you'll be doing in Tailored are high volume, but not highly technical. You'll do classic barbell and dumbbell moves, plus machine and cable isolation work. No clean and jerks or WODs here! It should fit into an hour or so. But make no mistake: It'll be a packed hour. This program's training split is 4 on (M,T,TH,SAT) 3 off (W,F,SUN). Sunday being your only true rest day as you will do cardio on Wed, and Fri. Recommend this program for those wanting to shed some weight while toning muscle, staying chiseled and improving endurance.
Workouts are split up by the groups. for ex. Day 1 is Chest, Triceps, Cardio the next group of workouts are Day 2 Back, Biceps, Abs, Cardio and so on.
